Horns of Plenty, the first Elkhart Jazz Festival Preview concert is Nov. 1 at The Lerner Theatre.

Horns of Plenty! The first in the 2015 Elkhart Jazz Festival preview series brings fan favorite Tim Cunningham and soul singer Ty Causey to the Lerner stage. Tolson Center and the Elkhart Education Foundation will use the proceeds from the concert to provide student enrichment programs in the area. Cunningham, the evening's headliner, passed up an NFL contract to focus entirely on developing his smooth, sultry and funky style. For nearly two decades, he's been a recording artist performing around the globe. His last appearance in Elkhart was 2012 - he'll be returning June 19-21, 2015, to perform at the 28th annual Elkhart Jazz Festival. Watch TheLerner.com for ticket information. Causey, a native of Fort Wayne, possesses "abundant sex appeal, smooth vocal easy and poetic mastery," according to Jazzreview.com. Also a songwriter and producer, Causey brings passion to all his work. He has shared the stage with Babyface, After 7, Boney James and Chico Debarge. Eligible for the Gateway Mile Loyalty Card discount.  Doors open at 6pm and concert starts at 7pm.
